It is possible to arrive at the Paradù starting from 12:00 and carry out pre check-in procedure so that you and your family can wait for your lodging to be ready inside the village and take advantage of our services (bars, free beach, restaurants, etc). Please note that all the village services, including the extra ones purchased on booking, are usable only after checking in on site.
Accommodation keys are usually available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. It is also possible to arrive later: our Reception is open 24h. If your accommodation is ready before this time and you have already arrived, our Reception staff will promptly contact you by phone. We recommend having bureaucratic procedures carried out only by the main reservation holder, in order to avoid crowds and queues at check-in as much as possible; the other guests, members of the family, can rest at our pool bar, discover the new Sporting Club Il Forte or enjoy a tour of the village on board our electric train. Personalized porterage service is always included on arrival.
You can speed up your check in procedures by balancing your stay and completing web check in before arrival. Links to complete these two tasks will be sent by email approximately 15 days before date of arrival. Balancing your stay before arrival is not compulsory but optional in order to reduce check in procedures and time.
We suggest you balance your bill the night before check-out, within 10:00 pm. Starting from the morning of check out day, the “web check out” section of our App is available for online check out with the credit card registered in the booking. The free shuttle is available for departing guests from 8:00 am. Returning lodging key on check out day past 10:00 am comprises a fine of 50,00 €. Even if the keys is requested no later than 10:00 am, it is possible to have lunch in the Resort at our buffet or a light lunch at the Oasi Pool Bar or at the Il Forte Bar. Once the RFID bracelet account has been closed, credit/debit card can still be used to settle these services.
Download the APP from the link below and activate push notifications. You will receive notices of special events and promotions. Furthermore, you can view your bill in real time and find your way around the Resort comfortably. Our App will also allow you to reserve a table at the various à la carte dining options.
8:00 am – 12:00 am, every 20 minutes approximately. Children below 12 years old can ride only if under parent supervision. The parking space is always guaranteed for each guest; the car pass, to be displayed clearly visible in the car, will allow free parking in the internal parking which, we remind you, is not supervised.
The Wi-Fi connection (up to 20 Mb) is free and guaranteed in all the common areas of the village and on the external patio of each accommodation. Our Wi-Fi line does not perform well inside the chalets due to their green building construction, in fact, the materials used to optimize the insulation and acoustics greatly limit the functioning of this service.
To offer guests more effective and secure transactions Paradù Resort has recently integrated electronic payment system through chip card bracelets guaranteed by credit card. The only cashiers equipped to accept cash payments are Reception and Beach Bar «Le Dune». All other sales points only accept chip bracelet or credit card payments. All the sales point belonging to external partners/suppliers do not accept payments with chip bracelet (bike rental, massages, medical examinations etc…).
We care for the environment, so please diversify your garbage in the recycling areas. lt is mandatory to respect the greenery, the hygiene and cleanliness of the Resort. lt is also forbidden to feed wild animals inside the Resort or leave unattended food outside.
Damages caused by misconduct and behaviours not in compliance with Resort regulations will be charged to the reservation holder. The Management declines any responsibility for damages caused to other guest or items by the misconduct.
Attention: boiler 50 lt., max. water temperature 60°C. Please respect the environment and help us save water. Attention: turning off the air conditioner on the electric panel will turn off the boiler.
lt is strictly forbidden to light fires or barbecues in the resort or on the beach. Smoking is strictly forbidden in chalets and we kindly ask you not to throw the cigarettes on the floor or in the woods.
In case of fire contact Reception through the signalling devices. In the event of an evacuation alarm, leave the Resort immediately.

Immersed in the lush and fragrant pine forest of the Resort, “La Pagoda” is the main restaurant for guests who have purchased meal plans (only breakfast, half board or full board) together with their accommodation. You will always find a children’s corner and many vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as a selection of dishes suitable for guests suffering from food intolerances (gluten free, lactose-free, etc.). If you prefer to purchase individual buffet meals in accordance with your needs you can do so at check-in or even day by day at the Restaurant welcome desk.

Depending on your needs, you can use the Resort free private beach or purchase the private beach service (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) in the equipped beach area. This service can be reserved before arrival for the entire stay excluding departure day, or it can be purchased directly on site. It is subject to availability at the time of request.
Our Resort has three (non heated) swimming pools. Use of the pools with sun umbrellas and deck chairs is subject to availability. Below are opening hours:

Our grocery Market supplies all the main products plus traditional pastas, cheeses and cold cuts, including certified local products. If you are looking for some non-culinary shopping head to our Boutique La Marea, located at the centre between the main beach, Duna Pool and Central Bar. Here you’ll find gift items, swimsuits, beach wraps, children’s toys, sports and swim gear, as well as accessory furnishings such as hammocks and sun umbrellas. Postcards and souvenirs and other garments signed with our logo.

In addition to the wide range of free sports activities, sports equipment is available at the Il Forte Sporting Club subject to a surcharge and upon reservation. In particular you can have fun with:

Initial and final cleaning are always included in accommodation rate. Any request or comment must be made promptly to Reception. For stays of 7 or more nights an intermediate cleaning of the lodging with bed and bathroom linen change is included. Any additional cleanings or linen changes can be purchased at Reception and will be carried out according to availability and work schedules (Saturday and Sunday excluded). Rates for additional cleaning with bathroom linen change, kitchenette not included (on request, must be booked by 12:00 am of the day before): MONTECRISTO € 25,00 ; PIANOSA, CAPRAIA and LODGE TENTS € 30,00 ; ELBA & GORGONA € 40,00.
Rental with first linen supply € 5,00 per day (1 to 4 nights), € 20,00 (total, from 5 nights) – on request and subject to availability. Maximum 1 camping cot per chalet for children below 3 years old can be requested for the entire stay. Note: in chalet Pianosa and Lodge Tents the camping cot can be placed only in the living room beside the kitchenett and cannot be placed in the bedroom.
