Booking terms & conditions

Every booking, after confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the Italian law in force. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other persons mentioned, including minors.

You can send an availability request and wait for our answer. Alternatively, you can book directly online by clicking on the button “Check prices and book” on the Home Page. Following your request we will send an offer (not binding). The reservation is considered confirmed only after written communication.

– If a deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking, this payment must be made within the required time otherwise the booking is considered invalid.. The reservation becomes binding on Paradù EcoVillage & Resort side only after written confirmation. At this point Paradù EcoVillage & Resort will send the client a confirmation e-mail or a voucher summerzing services purchased to show at check-in.

By confirming the reservation you accept the terms of cancellation and deposit. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the data in the confirmation and promptly notify us of any inaccuracies. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. After this deadline, we decline responsibility for any inaccuracy.

– According to curret regulations, at arrival it is mandatory to provide a valid identification document for each person. The managers of accommodation facilities are not allowed to give accommodation to people without an identity card or other document certifying the identity whatever their age (art. 6 Law 17 May 1983, n.217).

At arrival we require a credit card as guarantee or a cash deposit of € 150,00 per accommodation.

– In order to make changes to your reservation you must contact the Booking Office by e-mail at reservations@paraduresort.com. We will handle your request as soon as possible. The above-mentioned changes could involve modifications in price and services.

– The assignment of the accommodations takes place shortly before arrival and therefore it is not possible to guarantee the reservation of a specific lodging.

 

*Paradù EcoVillage & Resort reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation before the arrival of the customer by requesting a pre-authorization. With the pre-authorization the holiday village guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a part of it, to make sure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS CASHED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 15 days from the request date and the amount is released. In case of failed pre-authorization the client will be notified and the reservation will be cancelled. In this case Paradù will not have any obligation towards the client.

Rates and offers

Maximum peace of mind: book at the non-discounted rate and any deposit paid will be refunded by crediting the same credit card used (cancellation terms vary according to season).

– Maximum flexibility: no deposit required, only a credit card guarantee

– No penalty for cancellation up to 15 days before arrival (or up to 48h before arrival) according to seasonality

– For cancellations past terms there is a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the services booked

– No show and early departure are subject to a penalty of 100% of the cancelled services

– An advantageous rate with a variable discount depending on the season

– Requires a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booked services

– Cancellation past 7 days/72/48/24 hours from arrival will result in a penalty of 70% of the total booked services

– No-show and early departure are subject to a penalty of 100% of the services cancelled

– Possibility of purchasing the Cancellation Coverage service*

– Special offer with a variable discount depending on the season

– Offer subject to quota, applicable only to certain periods of stay and limited in time

– Requires a non refundable prepayment of 100% of the total amount of the booked stay

We have always offered all our direct clients the possibility of subscribing the “Travel Cancellation Cover”, an extra service that can be purchased at the time of booking with the Semi-Flexible offer, designed to give our guests the opportunity to book a vacation without worries. Our coverage protects the reservation in case of cancellation due to illness, family loss or accident up to one day before arrival and allows you to recover the amount paid as a deposit net of the cost of coverage. The cancellation coverage cannot be applied to no shows, late arrivals, or early departures, whichever their cause. In case of changes, cancellation and no shows the cost of the cancellation coverage will not be refunded.Download the form.

Paradu Resort

Information for your stay

It is possible to enter the Resort from 12:00 am so that you can wait inside the village for your lodging to be ready. While you wait for the keys of the booked accommodation you can take advantage of our services (bar, beach, restaurant / etc. ..). The delivery of the keys is scheduled from 16:00 until no later than 18:00 or your arrival. If you have already arrived and the accommodation is ready before that time, our reception will contact you. We recommend that the bureaucratic procedures at the desk be carried out only by the holder of the reservation, in order to avoid crowds and queues at check-in. The other guests, members of the reservation, can sit at our Pool Bar, discover the new Sporting Club Il Forte, or enjoy a tour of the village on board our electric train. Personalized porterage service is always included on arrival.

to speed up your check in procedures you only need to complete these two simple actions within 48 hours of arrival:

balance of the stay exclusively by credit card in complete security through the Planet platform (PSD2 SCA certified)

complete web check in by filling in the required fields in the online registration form.

These two steps can be carried out using the links you will receive by e-mail about 15 days before date of arrival. These procedures are not binding and / or mandatory but optional, in order to reduce as much as possible the procedures and timing of registration and balance at check-in.

We recommend you settle any outstanding bills by 10:00 pm the evening before your departure. From the morning of the day of departure, in the “web check out” section of our App, a link is available to settle your bill online. Once the RFID bracelet account has been closed, it will still be possible to use the ATM and/or credit card to pay for services even after you have returned your lodging keys.

Returning your lodging key to Reception past 10:00 am involves a penalty of Euro 50,00. The porterage service must be requested at the reception the day before departure and is subject to a fee (€ 10,00). Alternatively, you can take advantage of the shuttle service at various stops from 8:00 am.

The extension of your stay must be requested at the reception. It requires an additional reservation, and is subject to availability and rate changes.

The balance of the stay is required upon arrival, during check-in (if not previously balanced). The balance of extras added during the stay is required at check-out. For these procedures we accept the following methods of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and / or cash within the limit of Euro 4.999.99 as per current law. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. During your stay at Paradù it is possible to charge extras to your account through an electronic RFID bracelet. The only places that accept cash are the reception and the Beach Bar “Le Dune”. At other location and shops payment is only through electronic bracelet, credit card or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).

Rules and behavior

For security reasons and in order to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the village, at the time of registration each guest (including children) will be asked to wear an identification bracelet which is personal and non-transferable that will allow access to the Resort and the use of services. The bracelet must always be visible and exhibited on request to the staff in charge for any inspection. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or by a person who has been expressly delegated to do so or by the person who holds parental authority; the latter are held directly responsible for the behavior of minors. Any change in occupancy during the stay (number of guests, early departures and/or guests arriving at a later date) must be reported immediately and without fail to the reception desk.

Visitors of guests may enter the Resort. Our residents are required to inform the reception desk of the names of visitors, who will be required to provide identification and, if the visit lasts more than an hour, to pay an entrance fee (Euro 10,00 per person). The above-mentioned visitors will have to leave the village within sunset.

A car parking space is always guaranteed for each guest; the car pass, to be clearly displayed in the car, will allow free parking in the internal parking lot, which we remind you is not supervised. The Management cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle and objects inside, and is not liable for any theft, vandalism, damage due to weather or other events.

Please separate your waste at the dedicated ecological areas. (Plastic – container with label; Paper – container with label…). It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, hygiene and cleanliness of the Resort. It is also forbidden to feed animals and leave food unattended.

The holder of the reservation is held responsible for any damage caused to the structure and accommodation, including those caused by the other participants in his holiday. The Management declines any responsibility for damage caused to persons and/or things due to improper use of the structure’s services. The signer of the notification form will be held responsible and, therefore, required to pay compensation for any damage caused by his group inside the village during the period of stay.
The customer is required to avoid behavior that may cause harassment or damage to other customers. Each unit is equipped with a safe and each guest is required to keep the objects of his property and valuable inside the safe. The management is not responsible in any case for any theft or shortage, or damage caused to vehicles, as they are already covered by compulsory insurance.

It is strictly forbidden to light any fire or barbecue in the Resort and on the beach. Avoid causing fires by smoking in the accommodations or throwing butts in the trash cans or in the woods. Smoking is only permitted in open-air spaces. Even in the open air, we ask that you always respect others, the environment (using the ashtrays provided) and your neighbors.

In case of fire contact Reception through the signaling devices. In the event of an evacuation alarm, leave the Resort immediately.

In the spirit of cordiality, it is advisable to hand over to reception any object found in the Resort; reception will register the object and return it to its rightful owner.Lost items will be duly kept for a maximum period of 10 days. After this term, the objects are considered out of the custody of the Paradù Resort.

– Make any noise from midnight to 8:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. that may disturb neighbors;
– Drive in a way that may pose a danger to the safety of guests;
– Bring inside the Resort animals, even if small in size.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INVITE ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF THIS REGULATION TO LEAVE THE HOLIDAY VILLAGE. *The management disclaims any responsibility for disruptions due to lack of supplies whose management and availability is attributable to third parties, to accidental failure of equipment and / or other causes of force majeure. It declines every responsibility for damages caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and thefts.
