Ready to book your beach holidays? Tuscany and its sea await you for a vacation of unique emotions, but for any doubts or uncertainties please don’t hesitate to contact us; we’ll get back to you quickly with the answer to every query. We’ll try to help you straight away with this short list of FAQ, but if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, call us: we’re ready and listening.

Access to the resort is allowed from 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. we start handing over the keys of the accommodation you have booked. Guests are required to check out by 10 a.m. on the departure day. This is to avoid overlapping of bureaucratic procedures and queues at the reception desks. Even if the keys is requested no later than 10:00 am it is possible to stay inside the resort and to take advantage of some of our services. Once the RFID bracelet account has been closed, an ATM and / or credit card can still be used to settle these services. * Returning lodging key on check out day past 10:00 am comprises a fine of 50,00 €.

Here the map of the Resort: PARADU MAP. Chalets ending with the number 0 are Montecristo studio chalets; those ending with the number 1 are Pianosa three-room chalets. These two can be combined to create the Elba four-room chalet, which ends with number 3. Therefore, a Montecristo chalet will always be next door to a Pianosa. An Elba is a detached unit. Elba chalets with communicating door between the two above types are in the central, flat area of the village, in the red and blue and part of the yellow zones. Chalets ending with the number 2 are Capraia two-room chalets. Lodge Tents end with the number 5 and are only located along the red, blue and pink zones of the Resort. No accommodation is more than 600 metres from the sea, the pool and the restaurant.

It is not possible to choose a specific chalet or lodge tent number when booking because accommodation is assigned near to the date of guests' arrival at the resort, or on the arrival day itself. This is to reduce waiting times during check-in. It is possible to express a preference, which we will take note of. We will do our best to satisfy every request.

Yes, arrival and departure are possible on every day for each accommodation type, with the only exception of the Chalet Elba and Gorgona. The stay in Elba and Gorgona during the season 2023 is possible from Saturday to Saturday only, and Wednesday according to the seasonality.

It is possible to hire a camping cot with initial set of bed linen for € 5,00 per day for stays of up to 4 nights. For stays of 5 nights and over the supplement is € 20,00 all inclusive. In the Family Chalet Gorgona the camping cot is included in the stay. For every reservation and accommodation type the camping cot is subject to availability at the time of the request. Cot hire is not recommended in the Pianosa three-room chalet due to the limited space available.

An initial set of bathroom and bed linen is included in all accommodation types. One intermediate cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is included for stays of at least 7 nights. Daily cleaning of the chalet with a change of bathroom linen can be purchased at Reception, with payment of a supplement. A change of bed linen is also available for purchase with a supplement. Kitchen linen (tablecloth, napkins, tea-towels, etc.) is neither included nor available. Linen change: € 7,00 single bed; € 12,00 double bed. Towel change (3 pieces kit) € 5,00 per person per kit.

Pest control treatments against insects and rodents are carried out regularly, only in the Resort area, during the months when it is closed. Insect screens are fitted on the windows of the accommodation solutions.

The Paradù free shuttle service only operates inside the village and runs every day, morning to evening. It serves all the communal areas (Reception, Restaurant, Pool/Beach) and the various accommodation zones. The route is marked on the map and has real stops. It takes 15-20 minutes for the full tour of the resort. Guests who need transport from the nearest railway stations to the village or vice-versa can contact the Donoratico or San Vincenzo taxi service. Paradù Resort is not a stop on the public transport lines of the nearby towns. Since these towns are very small, the public transport service is minimal and, in many cases, does not serve many of the tourist locations in the area.

There is a free porterage service at check-in. It is possible to have this service at check-out by booking it at the reception within the day before departure and it subject to a supplement (€10,00) and availability. Please remember that the shuttle service is provided for guests' use free of charge: it can also be caught from the various stops with luggage at the time of check-out.

To cover the penalties payable in the event of cancellation of the entire holiday booked, please note that you can purchase only with the Semiflexible Rate our cancellation cover at a cost of € 15,00 per night per room. The amount of the cancellation coverage is calculated and must be paid together with the deposit requested to confirm the reservation. It is not possible to purchase the cancellation coverage after the reservation. The cancellation coverage can be activated for the cancellation of whole stay only, which can be communicated (per e-mail) until the day before the arrival date for the reasons specified in the related form. In this case the amount of the deposit will be refunded, net of the cost of the cancellation coverage. The cancellation coverage cannot be applied to no shows, communicated or not, late arrivals, or early departures, whichever their cause. In case of changes, cancellation and no shows the cost of the cancellation coverage will not be refunded.

A credit card guarantee or deposit of € 150.00 will be requested on arrival.

Not even small pets are allowed inside the Resort.

The Paradù provides an ATM for guests near Reception. The maximum daily withdrawal is € 250.00.

At the car park there are 3 poles with universal type 2 socket for charging electric vehicles. The top-up enabling system can be activated via the ECorner App or credit card. Each pole has two alternating current sockets that allow simultaneous charging of two electric vehicles, cars or scooters.

For our guests' greater convenience and security, Paradù Resort has recently adopted a payment system using an electronic bracelet guaranteed by a credit card, called “monetica”. During check-in, further to a pre-authorisation on the credit card covering the amount of the deposit for damage (150.00 Euros), adult guests only will receive an electronic bracelet carrying a chip in the colour of the terms purchased (apartment only, B&B or full or half board). Please take note that you can balance your stay with cash (up to 4.999,99 euro), debit card or credit card. It also is possible to split the payment into the above-mentioned methods. Cheques are not accepted and payments with bank transfers mut be done within max. 10/7 days before the arrival day. The electronic bracelet will allow purchases to be made at all the Resort's points of sale with no need to have your credit or debit card, cash or irritating small change with you. The cost of the extras purchased will be settled at check out. What's more, by downloading the Paradù App guests will be able to view the amounts charged to their room at any time. From the morning of the day of departure, in the “web check out” section of our App, a link is available to settle your bill online. The only point authorised to accept cash payments is the Le Dune Beach Bar. At all other points of sale, only electronic bracelet or credit or debit card payments are allowed.

The Paradù App, by activating push notifications, allows you to receive notifications of special events and promotions. Furthermore, you can view your account in real time and find your way around the Resort comfortably. Our App also allows you to reserve a table at the various à la carte dining options. Our Info Point at the Reception is always available to support guests in using the Paradù App.

Our rates include the resort's private car park (unbookable, unsupervised). The car pass must be displayed in a visible way inside the car and allows free parking in the parking lot.
